Revitalization of Jewish Cemetery in Kysucké Nové Mesto – 2nd Stage

At the end of October the second stage of revitalization of the Jewish Cemetery in Kysucké Nové Mesto took place during which wind dispersed woods were removed from about half the size of the cemetery and three bags of waste were collected. Removal of wind dispersed woods from the rest of the cemetery and its clearing out is planned for the spring of 2019. 12 people attended works, three of them students. Cleaning of the Jewish cemetery was met with positive response from passers-by who at that time came to tidy up graves in a neighbouring town cemetery before the festival of All Saints.
