City council decided to mark and preserve five new historically important site in Zilina. There are Wittenberg’s match factory – Samuel Wittenberg and son, Wittenberg’s residential house, City Theater, Union house and Romuald Zaymus elementary school among them. “The five monuments where added to the seven sites, declared already in 2008 and they together illustrate the history of our city.” said Mr. Ivan Harman the mayor of Zilina.
