As it has become a tradition, we met again this year, to celebrate Pesach 5770. This time, the celebration took place in the restaurant VIX on March 27. Even a small community as ours, was happy to welcome almost 50 people at this celebration.
Reading from Hagada and a small excursion to the Pesach customs, obligations and meanings, including the symbolism of the Seder meals, started our celebration.
The festive dish, that followed, included charoset, eggs, horse radish, parsley and matzah indeed. Matzah was a part of splendid matzah balls, served in the chicken soup.
Pleasant evening continued in discussions between the members of our community and their friends. Everybody was given a special matzah from rabbi Stiefel from Piestany.
